Search by email address

• Go to the menu bar (top of the window) and click the Constituents icon:
• This will open the Constituent Search window. Click the Communication tab:

• Click the radio button next to Person’s e-mail address, enter the e-mail address into the text field, and click the Search button.

• When the constituent appears in the search results, double-click their name to open their profile.
• Things to note:
  • When the initial email address is inputted but has a typo, the user will not be able to find the profile
